Is it just me, or is the hardest part of working out ACTUALLY doing it? Finding the time and motivation to get your butt in gear is no easy task. However, once we check that workout off our to do list, it’s the best feeling! Amiright!? I’ve never regretted making time to exercise, the only regrets come when I don’t make the time. So, the million dollar question…what are the best ways to make time for a workout?!

I hate to make this about money, but personally, pre-paying for an exercise class is one of the best ways to ensure I actually attend! Money talks, people!! Weather you purchase classes on an ongoing / monthly basis or drop in at a few different studios around you, don’t be afraid to pull out your wallet. Trust me, it will hold you accountable!
put it on your calendar
If you’re a calendar fanatic, make sure your workouts are scheduled. I literally write down every workout I intend on doing – I’m convinced this helps me plan around exercising instead of trying to squeeze it in. This can be done with whatever you use to organize your life! If you live on your phone, set a reminder. Maybe you’re a bullet journaler – create a special page for your exercising goals!
make it fun / find a friend
This is one of my favorite tips! Think about how much more fun you would have exercising if you thought of it as a time to be with friends. Use the time to catch up and encourage each other! If you have an exercise buddy, it will not only hold you accountable, but also make you excited about your upcoming workouts!
